These terms govern your use of the SeeShop mobile app and this website, operated by Uhadi Technology, Johannesburg, South Africa. By creating an account or using SeeShop you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use SeeShop.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login details safe — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Buying on SeeShop

• Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). The full amount — including the platform fee and your chosen delivery option — is shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by PayFast. Orders are delivered by The Courier Guy to the address you provide.
• Purchases are agreements between you and the seller; SeeShop provides the platform that connects you. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.

Selling on SeeShop

• List only products you genuinely have and may lawfully sell, described honestly — your livestreams and videos must show the actual products buyers receive.
• Fulfil paid orders promptly and package items properly for courier collection.
• We may require identity or business verification before or after granting seller features.

Your content

You own the content you publish on SeeShop — livestreams, videos, listings, and comments. By publishing, you give us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content within SeeShop so the platform can work. You may remove your content at any time; deleting it removes it from the platform.

What's not allowed

• Selling illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or dangerous goods.
• Content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Spam, scams, misleading listings, or manipulating reviews and engagement.
• Interfering with the platform's operation or other users' accounts.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where the law requires it, we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

The service

SeeShop is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the "last updated" date above will change and material updates will be communicated in the app. Continuing to use SeeShop after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
